Ok, now I know this was mean, but something that we HAD to do! It took a few bites to actually get this response, but it is what we were waiting for! Shawn loves eating and isn't afraid to try anything that crosses his highchair tray.

Best Buds!!!!
Shawn has become more and more aware of our pup Dolce. Dolce is really coming around to his new friend and is loving the attention!
6 Months!!!!
August 28th marked the 1/2 birthday or the 6 month mark for Shawn! He weighed in at 16 lb 11 oz which placed him at the 25th percentile on the growth chart and he came in at 27 3/4 inches long which placed him at the 90th percentile in height.
He is an active boy! Shawn loves to eat and even succeeded at using a straw! He was a little suprised when he actually got water through the straw! Shawn is becoming more aware of his surroundings and giggles at Dolce (the family pup). He is also babbling more and scooching across the floor more effeciently! Mom and Dad are enjoying each minute of the less mobile Shawn while they can, because it's only a matter of time and we'll all be on the run!
